Terrible customer service!

My mom sent me to go get a few items and therefore I had to use her credit card. When I got to the cashier, she explained that I can't use her credit card because some people commit *****...granted, I understood where she was coming from however I asked her to call my mom so that she can confirm that indeed she sent me there. She then went to her supervisor/manager(Zeenith) to find out if they can call my mother to confirm. After a few minutes she came to fetch me so that WE SHOULD CALL MY MOTHER. We went to Zeenith and she kept on taking personal calls while she was talking to me. While I was explaining that I had my drivers license as well as my mom's drivers license to prove that I didn't ***** the credit card but my mom sent me because she couldn't do it herself as she was working night shift. Zeenith was so rude that she didn't even take a minute to listen to what I had to say. I got frustrated to the point that I just asked for my mom's credit card and just left.
