Selling damaged washing dishes to customers deleberately and refusing to exchange.

I bout two Waskom (washing baths) yesterday at Kwezi Station on the 16th of August 2020 @12h59 got home then tried using them only to find out that they cracked, I went back to the shop only to find out that they are closed. I then went back this morning to try and change them as I could not use them because they were damaged. The store manager informed me that the store does not allow her to change things that have been already bought, I asked her why didn't she pour water onto the washing dishes to check the leakage first before ensuring that customers walk out with goods that are not damaged. I was shocked that a registered trading company in SA does not exchange goods that are damaged in the shop but sell them to customers falsely knowing that they will not accept them back. I want my money back and will go event to the constitution court to fight this ******** act.
