So you wrote a return and exchange policy specific to clothing and electronics for 7 days but no other mention of things falling out of that category and timeline then when I return with slips you tell me "you meant everything" yet your slip didn't say that. And I was supposed to spend R80 returning R60 goods when I knew I was coming for groceries month end and your store is not neary residential area. So who was supposed to make assumptions on your inaccurate policy? Your English manager apparently can't read the English written and your shop doesn't understand the importance of accurate instructions for smooth transactions.
