Refuse to Exchange or Refund

On the 4th of November I bought some box of eggs after two weeks down the line only to find out they are rotten i went to the store for exchange or refund with the proof of purchase they refuse to co-operate with me thats the Store Manager worse part the eggs were rotten before the due date that is stated
