Refund issues on online orders

I ordered on the 31st March 2020 for delivery, online. Got my delivery on the 04th April, fair enough but after phoning a million people. Then on delivery my order was not complete due to stock availability. Till today I haven't received my refund of R432.00. I contact them frequently and get promised, then nothing happens. Do not order online?
