RACHEL THE RUDE LADY AT BENONI BRANCH

We always do our stokvel shopping at Kit Kat Cash n Carry Benoni but yesterday I was very very disappointed the service was very very poor and the workers were unprofessional especially there's a lady her name is Rachel that lady was not supposed to be a front lady or in customer service department cause she's very very rude, doesn't have that customer etiquette skills and she's doesn't know how to speak with people, I went to Kit Kat Benoni on the 5 of November 2021 to do a quotation for our stokvel to Purchase our things yesterday and that lady Rachel she's the one who helped me with quotation on that date on November and even said to me we are the first Stokvel group to book the date for yesterday to buy our Stock but what I saw yesterday was a disaster, yesterday we arrived at 7 in the morning to buy our things and it was fully packed with other stokvel group, it was mix masala nje cause we end up being treated like children from Pre-school, n what was worse for our group we seated there until 12 waiting for Rachel to call us and show us our Stock but it was mess, and we tried asking her several times if they have our quotation cause it been long since we sitting and no one is helping us, and she was so rude shouting us Sit down they will call you when it your turn, and we keep on telling her but it been so long since we sitting there doing nothing at least can she show us were is our things but still she was rude keep on saying sit down, then we told another lady our problem then she said okay let me talk to Rachel cause she's the only one working with Quotation then she asked Rachel this ladies have been waiting for so long why you don't call their Stokvel group only to find out our quotation was missing that's why we were not called in the face place and our stock were not packed at all then Rachel shouted the Marchandiser guy blaming him for everything but the carelessness was with her cause she's doesn't know her job, and what I noticed they give her money or something her friends to pack the stock for them first, all in all RACHEL doesn't have skills working with people and she's using her rudeness always to people, I don't know why you put her in that position and worse part she's very old acting like that, we arrived at 7am and go at 5pm, and some of the things were finished, SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH RACHEL CAUSE ONE DAY SOMETHING BAD WILL HAPPEN TO HER AND YOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF HER
