I went to KitKat PTA-West wanting to buy glasses and the price was saying R309.99 to my surprise it said R359.99 after they were tilled. The cashier went to verify the price and said it was an old price which have not been updated, then I went to their Client Services where I received a very bad service with attitude. They also verified the price on the shelf and was later told that there's nothing they can do either I take the glasses or demand my refund which is stupid for me because in a serious noble business you can't lose R310.00 for R40.00, attitude towards customers, their store is a health hazard in terms of tidiness, it's very hot inside, no air cons, no social distancing. It's a horrible store
