Poor Store Policy Control

A wrong price tag was place over different items which the price that product was blocked. After payment before exiting the store i noticed that the amount charged on the receipt was a lot more than what I had intended. Upon Enquiry with the cashier and then store manager i was informed that there's a no refund policy in the store despite me pointing out that the policy also says no refund on specific products e.g. glass and pointing out that the price for the product was blocked by a price of a different product. The store manager however still refused to assist.
