Poor service by KitKat

I place an order ORD26072 on the 30th September on the 3rd September one of KitKat consultants called me and promised me that my order will arrive on the 4th October 2022 it's the evening of 4th October 2022 order hasn't arrived, KitKat didn't bordered to even alert me that my order will be delayed and this is not the 1st incident in December 2021 the very same incident occurred I had to fight to get my order delivered as the CEO of KitKat promised me that this won't happen again but it's occurring again under his watch, KitKat take its customers for granted
