Poor customer service at Kitkat Crown Mines

I did my monthly grocery shopping on Saturday 9 April at Kitkat Crown mines. This was mainly influenced by the Fruit *****'s market that is next to them (awesome quality items and service throughout, by the way) and I thought to myself, instead of driving to Makro that is across the road let me just do my shopping here at Kit Kat. Yoh! What a bad decision that was. The one employee by the fridge section was however very helpful and friendly as well as the cashiers who mentioned that they are also thankful that the Food *****s store is open as it attracts more customers for them, as they were starting to think they will lose their jobs. I assured the lady that I will come back next month for my monthly grocery shopping to assist in saving her job. Then there was the no plastics issue at the till, she advised that they are not allowed to issue them as they are issued by the checkers at the exit doors. I walked to the exit door and the 'extremely rude checker' checked the items bought against the slip and then put the 5 carry bags that I bought on top of the trolley. I told him I hope they have a packing plan as I was not going to pack that grocery myself. He ordered the security guard to go look for a car guard who should supposedly pack the groceries into the plastic bags by my car. He then said to them, take this trolley (while pushing it) and move away from the door as we are closed now. I told him that he is rude, their system is flawed and I will not be returning to shop here if this is how they treat their customers. I later went back inside the shop to lay a complaint at the store manager's office who has not given me a response up to date. I left my name and numbers and she said she will call me with feedback. I just don't think they care...
