Poor customer care

On Monday the 2nd did my groceries at kit kat mamelodi, cashier was friendly but the floor dyaaff don't care, i understand that the shop is under renovation however, on check out, i had two trollies full of groceries i tell the security that i have an appointment somewhere he must try to be fast he called his colleague they were chatting while handling my food no sanitizer they took about 30 minutes offloading my staff ,you need to review your check out check, kit kat mamelodi i won't be buying anything from that wholesaler
