Negligence

My mother and myself went to do shopping at Kit Kat in Kliptown, as per every month, as we walked in the Manager Zenith was screaming and shouting at her employees, ********* and unprofessional if u ask me.. Anyway my mother and I walk in to do what we came to do, the floors were dirty butter laying on the floor along with cool drink or juice, causing my mother to twist her ankle who by the way can't step on it, 3 people were sent out to call the Manager Zenith who still didn't come, but rather send the Assistant Manager who's still new, he took my mother's details but nothing has happened, my mother has still not seen a doctor and neither did the Head office of Kit Kat contact us to advice what's the way forward... This is negligence from the store manager to not keep floors clean.
