KITKAT MANAGERS VERY REDE AND ARROGANT

Went KIT KAT KLIPTOWN to return KOO bake beans manufactured between 1 May 2019 to 5 May 2021 as per the instructions from TIGER BRANDS RECALL. The so called managers were so ARROGANT and very RUDE acting as if they are not aware of the issues as it was on National TV and Social Media platforms. It was not the 1st time experiencing this pathetic behavior from the Managers in that store KITKAT AT KLIPTOWN, LAST YEAR I had an issue with them for not wearing MASKS WHILE ON THE SALES FLOOR. I reported the matter to KITKAT HEAD OFFICE they promised to rectify the behavior but nothing has changed. When I get there the staff including managers are NOT WEARING MASKS TILL THIS DAY. To top it all the store is very DIRTY and now I know why THE MANAGERS THERE DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY FEEL SUPERIOR THAN THEIR CUSTOMERS
