Kit kat Cash and Carry ****

I placed an order online for delivery almost a month ago. They only got back to me about 2 weeks later to tell me they had no stock. When I asked for a refund I was thrown from person to person. I was made to fill out refund forms, all of which I did. Till today nothing. They refuse to give me my R1700, they've got the worst customer service I've ever experienced as well. They are ********, please do not shop there.
