IMPRESSIVE SERVICE

Good day,

My name is Shirley .I would like to express the experience I had from KitKat Benoni over the weekend 28/11 doing my shopping from their Super Market. I must say I received excellent service from all the stuff, from everyone who works in that shop.

I went to do my groceries there because their prizes are reasonable and they sell most stuff in bundles/packages/cartons which makes life easier when coming to saving of money wise. The space of the shop/layout is big and there are so any customers everywhere, every corner you turn. Most importantly what impressed me is that for each an every aisles there is an assistant who is always checking up on customer on what they need. If they don't have what your looking for from the shelves they go and pick from the store room for you. This makes your shopping very easy, you don't have to run around like a headless chicken looking for stuff and not knowing where you must find them. This gentlemen from the Aisles are polite, multi-lingual and friendly. They are also energetic that they work fast and committed. I would say in simple example when they walk around to go and fetch stuff for you they walk like soldiers. They hurry to help you and move on to the next customer who needs assistance as well.

Then the que is soooo long but you wont feel is as they are also someone who is always on checking up on the que helping and making sure that the que moves. For elderly people/senior Citizen and disabled people are considered first on the que, then the gentlemen will even go to extra mile for helping customers by pushing the trolleys with most stuff in order for the que to move fast. Then we have tellers who are standing on their feet to scan the stuff diligently and arranging payments. This ladies are so fast, the fact that they are standing on their feet makes them to be fast and move around checking all stuff if they are scanned correctly.

I appreciate all the hard work this guys are doing, well done and well strategized. Its impressing especially in such environment where the shop is so big and with lots of customers coming in. Most shops don't do it so well to this such service level.
