Damage car

I was so disappointed in how the manager in Silverton branch handled my issue where the trolley guys left the trolleys and two of them bump my car. When called him he said I must claim from my insurance since I have one and that they have a disclaimer that I pack at my own risk, yes I understand that disclaimer but how is this my own risk someone was negligent.Stores like Kit kat don't have customers service and they have no policies to protect us as clients.He had such guts to tell me must claim from my insurance it shows that He doesn't understand this laws they are just here for money, Kit kat has just lost a client.
