Customer service - Bad Poor

I have never seen such BAD customer service at Kit Kat - Tembisa next to Limindlela station. Have you stood in front of the cashier and they act like they are doing you a favour cashing up and busy cutting their nail and worst asking you for a plastic bag and you have to pull it and pack yourself I have never seen people working in a shop and none of them reacts to wrong doing

I will never set my foot ever again I must say they have lekker specials but I rather go to another shop where they know what the customer is

I that I was the only one but several people that I have spoken to have experienced the same service. The shelves are forever empty why advertise specials that we can only view and not buy???

Somebody needs to do something
