Customer dissatisfaction

Customer dissatisfaction Shopped at the crown mines branch yesterday and I did not enjoy this experience. I never came across a system like this. Where is the logic, at the tills to unpack your trolley filled with groceries have it cashed up only for another employee to pack it into another trolley but not packed in boxes or packets . At the exit your groceries get checked according to your till slip n than u told that you the customer must pack own groceries. If u buying in bulk I can understand but this is loose individual items. Is this what u call customer service! I requested for boxes only to get broken boxes to pack my groceries. NO THANK U, I had to go to my car to pack the groceries into packets. Disappointing experience.
