bad service kit kat

i was at kit kat Saturday morning and i have an account with them as i buy in bulks i was doing my shopping as per norm i then got to the till pay with my visa cash gift card which is used t swipe anywhere works exactly as a debit card i was then rudely told they do not take gifts card which i had i then asked the manger where is the sign or notification confirming that the rudely said no we do not after standing so long in the Que for nothing the service was extremely poor and embarrassing screaming at me like i'm some idiot i am not happy!!!!!! they need t get with the times and notify consumers of such info.
