Bad service ever and their manager

Was at Belle obri complex went to the store to buy energy drink I had only R10 that was torn just little bit on the side so the cashier couldn't assist me as she gave me an attitude she told me that they don't take R10 that are torn I asked her that is not bad as I also took it from another shop and I asked her if it was also possible to bank it she refused I told her to call the store manager for me the manager came she also Gave me the same attitude so I asked them so what should I do because I need that energy drink they didn't even bother to assist. Me only what they did was the attitude so I'm not happy at all with that store it's even not well organise what they do it's talking not assisting customers I'm not happy at all as it was not the first time I.went to that store
