Bad service and filthy items

Kit kat soshanguve block H in Tshwane is *** their service is bull**** I had to walk the whole shop to look for assistance, their items on the shelves are filthy and even when you tell the Staff about it they just don't give a damn ,this other lady was sitting in the corner watching tik tok she didn't even stand up to assist me instead she spoke to me while sitting down ,I caused a scene there by the till and the manager was just sitting there and busy with his phone he didn't even stand up and ask what the problem was it must be shut-down,I tried to complain there is still no response even today
