Bad service

I went to kit kat to do my monthly shopping, at the kliptown branch in JHB , there swipe machine encountered a problem where it was not able to print a slip, I was then not able to leave the store with my goods, even after the money went out of my account i was not assisted 30 mins after the transaction was done, the manager of the store was nonchalant and could not care less, i called my bank to verify that the transaction went off my account and had to fight with the manager of the store for another 2 hours while he kept on assisting that he cannot do anything to assist me, i have not left the store with no groceries, no money and no slip to prove that i had bought good, only the transaction on my bank statement, i was told to come back after 24 hrs and i will return, however i feel that that manager should be fired or dealt with accordingly as he did nothing to assist or even apologised to me, he was rude and out of line and still i havent received any assistance
