Bad management!

I was at Kit Kat Soshanguve block H about 2 weeks back buying my stock.

•I get there get my groceries, when it came to me checking out it was a disaster. I found myself in a long, slow queue.I see staff sitting ontop of the stock busy on their phones only to find there's only 2 cashier's operating out of I think 6/7 till points. •I notice the cashier assisting me isn't wearing her mask like AT ALL!! not even brought down to her neck to show maybe she needed to breath or something, so I mention it to her she says oh no I'm just from eating, then tells me she's aware of corona. Another staff member then comes and chats with her by the till BOTH UNMASKED! I was livid! I mean no one wants to wear these things, but we have to. I didn't say anything to the cashier after she told me she was eating. •Now as I'm about to leave I see the manager sitting outside by the door on a bin I think, I greet then say "are you aware your staff is not masked?" Guess what, he then laughs in my face then says "but you can see I'm outside Sis", I said okay as I walked away. •Going back a few days later to restock, it was like I was reliving the day all over again, same unmasked cashier, same long queues it was just horrible. I didn't say anything.

Now my biggest problem is, I used to be a waitress at Panarottis Wonderpark and management was strict, then worked at OUTsurance where the company is so client centric, I mean I was taught customer service to the tee. So naturally everywhere I go I'm expecting such treatment, I don't know what is it about townships but the service is HORRID! I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the point ☹️.
