Bad Customer Service

Hi there. I am writing this complaint to you as a dissatisfied customer. I visited Kit Kat at Kliptown yesterday. There was this 1 cahier, rude lady by the Name of Neli that was rude to us. Shouting accross the Isle after we heard her the first-time around when she said the shop is closing. Please train your staff to have a manner of approach towards us as customers. We are not school kids when we come to shop, we are firstly human and then we need to be treated with respect. Thanks
