Wrong Order - Never fixed!

I ordered 2 Barcelona shirts. This season's home and away kit. When my order finally arrived the shirts were wrong! I got the home kit and a kit that I have never seen before and one that I certainly did not order. I'm quite happy with the light feel of the shirt regardless of them not necessarily being legit. I am just outraged that I didn't get the shirt that I ordered and I followed all the protocols they have on their website. I have emailed multiple times, sent dms to their Instagram account, and even whatsapped them with the number provided on Instagram. I have not had any communication regarding this and I have been trying for over 2 weeks constantly sending reminders!

If anyone can help that would be hugely appreciated otherwise I don't know what more to do than go everywhere I can to share this and report their store and accounts on all social media platforms.
