KIT CENTRAL SA DID NOT REFUND ME

I have purchased 2 x LFC Soccer Jerseys from Kit Central on the 30th of August 2022 as a buy one get one free deal to the value of R1200.00, My product was only delivered on the 05th of September 2022 with no status update regarding delivery. I then received the Jerseys but was very disappointed as the Jerseys were **** and had the Premier League badge on the arm and the poor quality of the Jerseys, bad stitching and very untidily packaged. I requested a refund to their return policy and as at even date no response. As the waybill had a contact number, I tried calling but no answer, I have sent a Whatsapp message and was immediately blocked on Whatsapp. I basically got ****** for two cheap t-shirts valued to R1200.00. I cannot believe this as this company as a legit website. This is tremendously disheartening and will never trust online shopping again. There is no alternate way I can get my money back.
