Kiss and Fly flexi ticket ****
Online airline booking company. I paid for flight tickets and opted for the flexi-ticket. Upon trying to reschedule my flight, I get told the money for the flexi ticket does not include changing the date. The new price they charge is now more expensive than the original ticket. Tried to cancel, no refunds. Customer service is zero help
