Poor Maintance service and **************

i bought an apartment for R1.2 million @ Nirvana Complex, Chelsea Crescent, Parklands North, in less than 24 months i noticed that it was supp**** and fitted in complete, there's dust coming in and during cold weather the air comes in, i logged the call to the foremen for the construction company KIS Maintance service and he send the gardener to take it of and see what is the problem and the gardener also noticed that it was supp**** incomplete and foremen later came and told me excuses, while am paying levies to the value of R800, the same contraction workers are also staying in Nirvana Complex, there a unit number 52 the sliding door was broken they call the supplier to replace it and i asked, when are you replacing the sliding door because its loosing its shape, he told me to pay bribe if i want him to replace it, while the very same foremen is getting salary from the levies, i wrote a complain to Robert van Altena. his supervisor no response, the bathrooms are leaking instead of sending a plumber, he tells the gardener to check the shower. i been going on for a while, the dont , when i tell the foremen that i will get some one to make him do his job, he says he has a degree, he owns 50% of the apartment in Nirvana Complex, there's nothing i can do, even in Government no one can touch him, i said put that i writing, he refused. i can not be bul**** by a construction worker, who does not want to do his job.
