terrible service,to visitors in cape town

we came to the gardens to picnic for an hour or two at the end of the day as a farewell to some friends visiting from USA. Firstly there was no - body in the cashier box. we asked around, they sent us back there, oh the lady arrived and she was so moody. we asked if there are any special promotions NO ! then when we were inside, we were told that pensioners come in free, but we just paid R50? at the entrance gate the supervisor thabo was have a loud disagreement with the staff in the presence of the customers and visitors from USA ???<br> when we left, another sipho with a toothpick in his mouth was directing us with the pram and the baby in a very rudy manner down the ramp.....we as south africans, we felt very very bad and embarrassed !! we are then the top tourist , best country to visit, but we dont have a clue about good customer service. Some of these people are supervisors and team leaders??? who employes them? Train your staff to be able to deal with customers and especially visitors. i dont know what is happening here in Cape Town with this pooooor really poooor work ethic. BEE!!!
