Shockingly Unfriendly And Rude

Kirstenbosch Garden Centre is the plant sale business of Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. I ordered a whole load of uncommon indigenous plants from the nursery earlier in the week. Today when I went to collect them at 8:30 - same time I had originally ordered the plants. As the door was open, I walked in looking for Isabella who ordered the plants for me. I then heard an unfriendly, abrupt and gruff woman's voice shout from the back of the shop section, "WE'RE NOT OPEN YET!". Taken aback, I said I was looking for Isabella, and again the response was shouted at me was rude and abrupt, "WELL SHE'S NOT IN TODAY AND I'M NOT EVEN CASHED UP YET!" Lovely way to welcome a customer who, had up until that point, was going to spend upwards of R2000 on the plants ordered. Such a shame, as SANBI are struggling financially and I've always been a supporter and bought plants there in the past.
