Kirstenbosch Gardens *******

Bought tickets for the outdoor concert, 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket. Child cant come with anymore but Kirstenbosch flat out refuses to let us convert the ticket to an adult ticket. They would much prefer to have my money and 1 empty space. Not even chairs, just a space on the grass. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I was just told sorry, nothing we can do about it, good buy.
