Theft under false pretence : LOAN not received

I app**** for a loan and there was a loan fee for an amount of R899 to be paid before the loan is released.. after 2 hours of waiting for the loan to be transferred to my back account, I got a message that i was charged a co- lateral fees for an amount of R2450 which needs to be paid again..

This company is busy heartlessly de*****ing people with empty promises and *****ing the loan fee paid.. the consultant who assisted me is Joshua Olwethu Khumalo, cell no: ********** : i did request his I'd Copy..I'd no: 861 ********** 85
