Witholding

<p>Kirby agent called and offered to collect and quote on a service in December 2016. I reluctantly agreed as I had not used my machine more than four times in the year since it had been serviced and did not see the need but the machine is more than 10 years old so I relented. The service is usually R500. This I was quoted an amount of R1500 and refused. The agent said they did not know what had happened to my machine but strange stuff had come out of it. I demanded the immediate return of my machine and refused the service which they said they went ahead with anyway.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Kirby agent Michelle has witheld my machine since December on the basis there is nobody home to deliver during the day. I requested they deliver at my work address. No response. I offerred to collect. They said nobody can find their premises. I think the South African Police Services must surely be able to locate their address. </p>
