Time to service machine

Booked my first service on my Kirby machine for 1March and it was said that it would take 4-5 working days. My machine was collected late that afternoon. On the 8th of March I phoned them as I had not received any feedback and it had been 6 working days since collection. The lady said she would find out and contact me back. Late afternoon on the 10th I received a call that they would deliver Monday (10 working days). You would think they would understand that everyone vacuums their house at least 1 - 3 times a week.... apparently not. I was assured of delivery this morning (11 March, before 12:00 when my mom's party begins), let's see if that happens. Above all of this they still try to con u into buying parts not needed for your machine (some brush that does not need replacing every year).
