SHOCKED

Hi,<br> I have just purchased a kirby Vacuum cleaner for R17 000 not even 3 months old, and the handle is broken.<br> <br> I am in shock, as I thought this vacuum cleaner was bullet proof, and supposed to last forever, without breaking.<br> <br> Especially that it is brand new still.<br> <br> Am I just one of the unlucky one's that got the dud...as I am really worried. My cheap vacuum cleaners have not broken and they are over a year old.<br> <br> Please can someone let me know this is not going to happen again with my expensive new vacuum cleaner.<br> <br>
