DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AN EXPENSIVE KIRBY

I have wanted a Kirby vacuum cleaner my entire life.......So after bankrupting myself I bought one 2 years ago.... brand new for nearly R20 000.00 . As I knew it was an expensive machine....I religiously serviced it once a year........BUT THEN.....it started giving me problems and it was more in the workshops than out........!!! Now 6 months later.......just after xmas it is broken once again. My inexpensive electrolux....has given me less problems than my expensive Kirby. I have been trying to get hold of an agent to help me get it fixed........but I am supposing they are all closed for the festive season. PLEASE can someone get hold of me to explain why our Kirby is giving us so many problems.
