Disgusting business ethic

I was contacted by junaid from Kirby,we setup an appointment for a demonstration,He came over to do a demonstration of the Kirby product,He spent some time and showed my family and myself including my dad how great the product was and all its features,I was then sold a Kirby vacuum cleaner for the sum of R36000.00 over a payment period of six months,Once the demonstration was complete Junaid asked me for any referrals of people who will be interested in purchasing the same product,I wrote down a list of family members etc and put on my dads office contact details as I wanted he’s wife to view the same product,They were then contacted for a demonstration and my dad bought the exact same Kirby product for R15000.00 cash a few days later,Kirby mislead me and took advantage of me in ******ing me as this six month payment plan is more then double of the actual product price,The product I was supp**** didn’t even work as it was a faulty device,I then contacted Kirby to explain my frustration and how disheartened I was as I was the one who gave them my dads details and I feel I was mislead and *****ed in this transaction,All Kirby said to me was I can do whatever it is I need to as the consumer protection act only allows Seven days to reverse a transaction,I would like to get this product at the same price my dad purchased it or have it returned immediately,Kirby is ******ing it’s clients for moneys and the right thing that should have been done was I should have been given the option to also purchase the product at R15000 ca*****’s a company which is in existence for many years so can you imagine how all it’s clients are mislead and charged more then a 100percent interest
