wrongfull accusation by kirby

hi on 2012 I had guys coming to market a vacuum machine at my home. The sale person asked if i m interested to buy it and i said i m not sure but he must call me after a week so until i have sorted my finances. He asked if i could sign a quotation form request so he can calculte the installment when he gets to the office. then after a year or so i got a call from lawyers asking when will i start paying them back. I made couple of follow-ups with no luck as the shop in Rustenburg was shut down and had no one to assist me. then recently i received again a call from CT international asking when will i pay. I asked them to sent me the so called delivery note they say i singed still haven't received anything from them. now i m backlisted for something i never purchased. please assist me clearing my name
