Over promised and under delivered on Kirby

I have been contacted by Kirby HIH Technologies with the promise of them coming to clean my carpet or a couch - without any obligation to showcase their new machine. The appointment was not kept until the 3rd appointment. They came to do a demo but did not wash the carpet as what was promised. Instead they tried to clean a small piece of my carpet that was not even clean at all after they "cleaned" it.

These people are extremely persistent and pressuring. It was a cold selling exercise from the moment they entered my home and pressure was put on me to buy the machine. They over-promised to get entry to my house and under delivered as they never cleaned the carpet as promised but only a small piece.
