Disgusting service from Kirby Edenvale

I c alled Kirby Edenvale on Saturday 4 July to buy a new suction pipe for my G5 I was told there was a special on a service for the machine and the pipe. I arranged with her to have the machine picked up on Monday .. Monday came and went and when I called she said there was no reps out in our area . She then promised to send someone to collect on Tuesday , after 16h00 today I called and agaiin there was long excuses ... this from a comcpany who hounds me every month for business !! I am disgusted ... what are u going to do about this ???
