Donating money to buy a dream

I think all of us know about the stokvel Kipi. You buy a dream and your money is donated into another persons bank account. I just want to warn people against it, firstly it worked like a dream, your dreams come true and suddenly since December it stopped. It is no ones fault, but our own, please be aware that it is not working anymore although some people still buy their dreams. They do have a support system, but it is not working either. No one answers you back, why can't they just say that it is not working anymore and that is that? Another pyramid scheme?
