Kip Mcgrath does NOT deliver

My daughter attended the Kip Mcgrath school in Fourways for extra lessons in Afrikaans - after some months of extra tutoring at Kip Mcgrath her school marks deteriorated from bad to worse. We communicated with Kip Mcgrath but her marks went from terrible to even worse, so we removed her from the Kip Mcgrath extra lessons. After advising Kip Mcgrath on the situation and informing them that she would no longer attend their classes they had the audacity to charge us for the next month. We refused to pay as she did not attend that months classes and Kip Mcgrath had been informed of this. Kip Mcgrath then tried to have us black listed at the credit bureau for non payment. People be warned these are an ************ money grabbing lot who pursue one for money even though they fail to elevate the children's education . Be warned - find another supplier

We appreciate the opportunity to finally be able to respond to this matter on this forum. For several months, the Hellopeter site did not allow such responses but it appears this has now been fixed and unfortunately we didn't know it had been resolved (see emails below).

We can however confirm that this matter was speedily addressed and has been finalised.

Hello Gavin
Thank you for your email.
Apologies for the delay in replying, as I was waiting for updated feedback from our developers.
We are currently investigating the API issues with Facebook, however we are re-launching our new platform within the next few weeks.
The new platform allows for multiple conversions with the same corporate as well as many new features.....
Just as frustrating for us!

Our developers have been working relentlessly on testing/developing our new site, which we are hoping will go live in the next couple of days.
Hopefully this issue will then be resolved.

Dear Sir

I’m sorry you had a poor experience with us.

Your child’s best interests are always our highest priority and we actively encourage the co-operation and participation of all three stakeholders (Child, Parent and Tutor) in the remedial process.

Even with Kip McGrath’s numerous success stories worldwide, sometimes things just don’t work out with a particular relationship. We acknowledge and respect your right to terminate a contract and seek alternative assistance that you feel will better suit your daughter (though we do expect both parties to act reasonably and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act compliant terms agreed to when joining).

We have made numerous and repeated attempts over the past months to resolve this matter with the parent who actually entered into the tuition agreement (not the same person who posted above), and remain willing to do so. As always, I encourage them to make direct contact with me to speedily address their specific concerns.

Yours sincerely
Gavin Kennedy – Operation Manager Kip McGrath Bryanston/Fourways/Kyalami/Midrand
