Kingsway (UJ) Place Student Accommodation lease blues

I signed a students accommodation for my son at Kingsway Place Student Accommodation in Auckland Park.Nsfas pays for the student part accommodation costs.I am in arrears for 2 months and I promised to pay second week of June 2018.I just got an email now saying my son has not been at residence since 26 March 2018 hence as absconded without with his Nsfas accommodation allowance that was supposed to be paid over to Kingsway hence the lease is terminated immediately and I have to pay rent due.I know Nsfas has not transferred funds for UJ students as yet. I find this attitude by Kingsway Place Student Accommodation very inconsiderate and insensitive. In December 2017 I paid full rent R3 ,950.00 even though the room was not used for a single day that month.I tried to speak the manager at reception but a Lerato at reception wont allow me to.
