Kingsway Place Student accommodation Review

My stay has been nothing short of horrible. From the WiFi not connecting, from me telling them to move the router inside the apartment, to them taking 21 days to fix a light bulb, being locked out even though rent was paid and finger prints removed with NO COMMUNICATION, they’ll call you AFTER they’ve done all of that! The staff is rude, customer service? Atrocious, even the security. I’d advise not to take your children here or to stay here. The Richmond was better, I do think the staff is better equipped to deal with students
