Kingsway Accommodation's rude staff

Kingsway's staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. I had arrived for a booked viewing and was told to come back later. Once I came back, the staff was unwelcoming and dismissive. They did not seem to want to help and it felt like a forced situation. They eventually showed me one room and didn't bother showing the rest of the facilities. This was not my first interaction with the staff and every interaction seems to be the same.
