Businesses riding normal civilians into the groud with their incompetance

I live in a complex in Centurion where Kingsway Civils is currently doing construction work for SANRAL on the roads. In the last 3 months we have suffered financial hardship and expense due to the constant interference of this company with our electricity and water supply systems. We are not in a situation that on a weekly basis we don't have water or electricity for a day or more in each case as this company just digs up everything and then walks away leaving us to deal with the worry, stress, financial costs and consequences of their peoples utter lack or understanding of their actions.
