Kingston Real Estate ********* Business Practice

Yesterday November 18th at 5pm I send through an offer to purchase to the Agent Mr MIKE DRENNAN of Kingstons Real estate.<br> He took my offer to the seller and he said he would have an answer for me by the morning the following day.<br> Thereafter Mike calls me back says to me the seller says best price he can do is R1080 000 I say ok I will meet his offer but he must sign tonight.<br> He later calls me back tells me his colleague braught back the same offer (Mike is the Managing Director of the company) <br> I then say but I saw the house first and the offer is the same.<br> I then say ok my final offer is R1.1 but he signs tonight.<br> The Agent confirms to me in writing in an sms congratulations he accepted the offer he will go get the offer signed and bring it to me.<br> He then calls me and tells me that the other buyer agreed to pay the full price.<br> I said to him but you gave it to me in writing even said congratulations? <br> He said that the seller prefers that buyer due to the fact that he paid the full price ie R15k more.<br> But I said this is ********* and bad business practice he's response was its the seller choice.<br> Basically I feel cheated and manipulated and played in order to up my offer every time I
