Bad after sales service

I recently bought a house in Benoni , Rynfield which I have paid so much for. There are so many problems that we are dealing with. The pool pump is leaking, and the jacuzzi pump is too into the kitchen. There were damaged garden items, which was not so, and the automated garage door did not have the safety clips on, for the springs which is a danger to all. The electrical wiring of the house was non-compliant, yet there was a compliance certificate. Today we discovered a nest of termites under the stairs which you can see was removed previously. The oven is not working and there is no seal. None of these issues were mentioned during the sale. They got their commission and the transfer went through, so they have passed the buck and it is my problems to deal with. I was told to take it to my lawyers to sue the seller by Kingstons Real Estate Agent.

This is the worst experience in all the houses we have bought in my life time.

I am taking this to my lawyers, come Monday. I have had enough.
