Terrible experience
I think it's ridiculous that you advertise for products with a lifetime warranty/guarantee and when something does happen, you make it SOO difficult to get their product sorted out. You have SO many loopholes that aren't clearly stated upfront. And it was just to fix a simple zipper on a backpack Won't be buying from you again. Disgusting customer service
