What cheap quality

I exchanged a pair of damaged bronx shoes at kingsmead shoes in parkmeadows on the 16th of May 2015. I took a pair of urbanart black,supose to be leather boots. Yesterday on 01/07/2015 i was sitting at work noticing there is a big tare where the leather meets the sole of the shoe. I mean the shoes are a month and a half old and they are already broken. This is not normal for shoes at a price of R499. It is absolutely bad quality
